    •Queen over queen bunks are in 2nd bedroom. Only small children on the top bunks 300 lbs. total or under 100 lb. small adult, bottom okay for average size adults.  NO JUMPING ON BUNKS.
    •2nd bathroom in hall with shower tub combo  
    •Kitchen is fully equipped with all major and minor appliances.
    •Full size washer and full size dryer Please do not put sandy items in dryer, only for washed clothes.
    •Eat at bars will seat 4, plus small table in 2002E.
    •2 TVs with DVD and VCR (master and living room)
    •Extra large balcony in 2002E will have 2 large dining tables plus chaise lounges.  Nothing can be hung on balcony rails.  (Felony in FL to throw items from balcony)
    •We recommend the 2002E unit to hold 2-4 adults and up to 4 children.  FL law: 8 is the most allowed in 2 BR condos.  King, Queen, Queen.  No sleeper.
