    The living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa, loveseat, and recliner.  Of course there is a TV with DVD player and some movies provided for your enjoyment.  Also provided are board games.  

    Master bedroom has a king-size bed with attached full bath. Large closets, nightstand, chest of drawer, and cable TV (w/DVD player) make you feel right at home.  Youll enjoy the gorgeous sunsets and gulf view, or just soak up the sun on the large private deck located right off the master bedroom.

    The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with attached full bath. A large closet and dresser will store your personal items...just like home!  There is also Cable TV and DVD player.  

    We have a sunroom with a queen sleeper sofa that makes for a quite place to curl up with your favorite book or private enough for a 3rd bedroom.  A concrete patio located off the sunroom is completely enclosed by a 6 wood privacy fence.  So, you can relax in your very own tropical paradise. It comes complete with patio furniture, large umbrella, and an arbor! Youll enjoy socializing with friends and family.

    With the beach access only steps away, youll be on the beautiful white sandy beach in seconds...grab a towel and youre there! After soaking up the sun and playing in the clear blue water you can head back to your vacation getaway and rinse off the sand in the private outside shower.

  • Other Activities: Pier Park is Panama City Beach’s newest retail mall and is located a few miles to the east.  Pier Park is approximately 1.1 million square foot open-air regional lifestyle center, bringing unique shopping, tourist attractions and dining to the Panama City Beach area.  Located on Front Beach road in the heart of Panama City Beach, Pier Park is ideally located to serve the community.  A few restaurants to enjoy are Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville, the Backporch Seafood and Oyster House, HofBrau House Beer Garden, and Five Guys Burgers and Fries.  With many more restaurants, lots of shopping, and even a theater complex you’ll find there is something for everyone to enjoy. The famous Thomas Donuts is only three miles to the east and the water park a short 10-minute drive. Miniature golf, grocery stores, Carillon markets, and a large Cajun Seafood restaurant are within walking distance.
