Regency Towers Resort Condominium has 24-hour security, 2 large Olympic-sized swimming pools at 25,000 gallons worth (one seasonally heated), kiddy pool, hot tub, two lighted tennis courts, all new shuffleboard courts located at the West side of the building, basketball court, gas and charcoal grilling areas, large pool side and gulf side sun decks, and his/hers exercise facilities. Regency Towers Resort has the location everyone wants as it has 540 feet of private beach just off Thomas Drive, so you can walk barefoot to the beach for a swim, eat or get a drink at the snack bar by the pool, or stroll over to restaurants located directly on the beach. There is additional parking for RV’s and boat parking is also available.
Regardless of age, there are lots of activities available directly on the beach for this condominium, such as beach volleyball, parasailing, jet skiing, or banana boat rides. Within a mile you can play golf, mini-golf, ride go-carts, or try out the vertical bungee. Other activities in the area include deep sea/shoreline fishing, greyhound dog races, amusement parks, dining and great shopping. We have found things to be reasonably priced as well.

So pack a lunch and make a day of it for the whole family.
Gulf World Marine Park - Located at 15412 Front Beach Road just East of Pier Park. While Gulf World is not as large as Sea World you really get your enjoyment for all marine life. At Gulf World you can experience sea lions, dolphins, penguins, tropical birds and several shows. For the more adventurous, arrange a chance to swim with the dolphins a special encounter to remember.
