    1 bedroom lockout - sleeps 2 with kitchenette and private entry. Can be rented as a suite, private balcony oceanfront, full bathroom, kitchenette.
    second bedroom- full bed on bottom and twin on top- bathroom in hallway, balcony oceanfront
    Master bedroom - King bed, tub and also a separate shower. Balcony opens to bedroom-oceanfront.

    PROCEDURES FOR RESERVATION. I take a credit card for $500, then send me the check for the balance 60 days before arrival. All refunds are held as credit. to next vacation.
