Member Listing Availability Help


Adding Availability:  Input booking information and press the AddBooking button. Booking information will be added as a result of this action and the screen will refresh showing the results.


Arrival Date:  Enter the date when the booking will start. This field is required.


Departure Date:  Enter the date when the booking will end. This field is required.


Description:  Enter a description for the booking. This is for your use only and will not be published on the listing. EXAMPLE TEXT: Holloway group of 5


AddBooking:  Click on the AddBooking button to add the input booking information.
Changing and Deleting Bookings:  Make any changes or flag any items to be deleted. Changes will be made when the SaveInformation button is clicked at the bottom of the screen.

Other Availability Information:  Enter any additional availability information. EXAMPLE TEXT: Check in is after 3:00 PM



SaveInformation:  Click the SaveInformation to save all information entered on the screen. No changes will be made unless this button is clicked.


Cancel:  Click the Cancel button to cancel this action. No changes will be saved.
